Venue package
A Little More Magic
Exclusive use of the D'Orangerie pavilion with tables, chairs and bar tables, sound system and LED display, heating and cooling, guest restrooms and parking next to the venue, plus our team's support in planning and running the event. Food and drinks are arranged separately, or you can bring your own catering and drinks by prior arrangement.

The Golden Season
A welcome glass of Prosecco with savoury bites in the D'Orangerie Garden, exclusive use of the pavilion with all of the above, and dinner as a Signature Finger Food Buffet or an Elegant Sharing Dinner menu. Drinks during dinner can be added as a tailored package.

How it works
One evening, several chapters.
Guests arrive to a welcome drink, settle in for the formal part and dinner, and finish the night with music and dancing, all in the same venue. Layout, lighting and styling are shaped around your programme and group size.
With private parking and easy access from Poreč, Rovinj, Pula and the rest of Istria, it works for local teams as well as companies travelling in for a winter gathering. Accommodation at the nearby Polidor Resort and guest transfers can be arranged for teams who want to stay overnight.

Yes. The hall has heating and cooling, so company Christmas parties, year-end dinners and holiday receptions can take place comfortably throughout December and the winter season.
How many guests can attend a Christmas party?
The venue hosts up to 250 seated guests for a Christmas dinner or up to 400 guests for a standing reception, with smaller layouts available for team celebrations.
Can we combine a presentation or awards with the party?
Yes. An LED screen, stage options, sound and technical support make it easy to start with a year-end review, speeches or awards before moving into dinner, music and celebration.
Where is the venue and is there parking?
D'Orangerie is in Funtana, a few minutes from Poreč on the west coast of Istria, with private parking and practical access for catering and production teams.
What do the Christmas party packages include?
Packages range from exclusive use of the pavilion with furniture, sound, LED display, heating and parking, to a full evening with a Prosecco welcome in the garden and dinner as a finger food buffet or sharing menu. Each package is tailored to your group and budget, and prices are available on request.
Can we bring our own catering or drinks?
Yes. With the venue package you can bring your own catering and drinks by prior arrangement with the D'Orangerie team, and with the dinner package you can arrange your own drinks.
When should we book a Christmas party?
December evenings and Fridays are the first to fill, so we recommend sending an enquiry as early as possible with your preferred date and approximate guest count.
